A jaunty number that often alternates between 3 time and 4 time. The tune was inspired by the poem Little Laser Lady by Mark Haviland (and also appears in the suite for recorder orchestra, also available on this site) - She is the sun in the afternoon, she is the night's familar....
(The meaning behind the title simply relates to the make of car in which his little lady arrives!)
