Roses plucked at night from the darkening hedgerow
Sweeter scented than ever in the day-glow
But its branches showered me with its dewfall
moist and youthful
and the scent of kisses lent me sweeter sips
when I took them deep in the night from your soft lips
And they made you just like the roses so tearful
moved like the dewfall
